Payment is expected upon purchase (C.O.D.)Once the transaction is completed, the sale is final. There is no cancellation policy.

Domestic (US) purchases: all ship First Class through the USPS with a Delivery Confirmation for tracking purposes. All items are automatically Insured for US Domestic customers. IF YOU WISH TO HAVE YOUR PURCHASE SHIPPED VIA ANOTHER CARRIER OR VIA PRIORITY MAIL, please contact me in advance of purchasing so I can make the appropriate changes in the listing.

Overseas purchases: all are shipped though the USPS via first class airmail. I always retain a receipt, including destination, from the post office when an item is shipped. There is no insurance or delivery confirmation. Once items leave my hands, I cannot be responsible for their fate, so I recommend insurance. International buyers, please contact me for details on upgrades. I highly recommend insuring your purchase.

Shipping and handling are factored in to my basic shipping fee. If there is a large discrepancy on international shipping, the buyer will be notified and invoiced through PayPal with the additional fee. Once the additional shipping is paid, the item(s) will be shipped.

A customs tag will be on every international purchase. The buyer is responsible for any customs charges.

If there is a significant over payment for shipping, a refund will be made through PayPal. This is possible if numerous items are purchased at once. Any significant overage is cheerfully refunded.

All items are packaged as securely and safely as possible. Small items, such as earrings, arrive in a padded mailer wrapped in packing material against crushing etc.

I take very good photographs of my work. If you need more information on a piece, please contact me before purchasing. According to feedback over the years, the items you purchase from Foret will exceed expectations.

Damage and loss are covered by the shipping policies. If the insurance is waived, Foret cannot be held responsible for damages or loss.

Any item can be exchanged within one week of receipt. The item must be in perfect condition and shipped insured with a delivery confirmation. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the exchange.
