Payment: Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase or your order will be terminated. Please make sure your shipping address is correct in paypal payment. Shipping labels are printed from there. No Sales Tax. Oregon doesn't have a sales tax. Shipping: All items are made to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks of production time prior to shipping. We ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. We ship USPS First Class Mail (domestic only). We ship using International First Class Mail. Buyer pays for all tariffs and fees on their end. Shipping times vary between 2-6 weeks after item is completed. Please email for questions regarding International Shipping. We are not responsible for the mail delivery system. We have no control if an item is delivered outside of the allotted mailing time. If package is missing please email me to discuss solution. Refund: Return of stock items. Items must be unused and clean. We Must be notified by email & be shipped within 5 days of delivery to you. Shipping is not refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Custom Orders: Custom orders are not started until payment has cleared. All custom embroidered made to order normally takes 1 to 2 weeks to complete product before shipping.
