Welcome to my GabrielleNatural Shop. With a profond love of nature, we garden and live using organic and "green" practices. My husband and I own a small herb and native plant nursery and pecan orchard.

Payment
- Payment is due at the time of purchase unless other arrangements are made. Orders that have not been paid in three days will be canceled.
- We accept Pay Pal only and you do NOT need a Pay Pal account to purchase using your credit card or debit card.
- If you have a Pay Pal account you can also use an e-check to pay for your purchase. Your order will ship when I am notified that the e-check has cleared.
- I always try to send out my shipments within twenty-four hours of receiving an order with payment.

Shipping
- I guarantee that I will get your purchase processed, packaged and shipped in a very timely manner. I carefully package your order and will ship within 1-2 business days.
- All of the inside packing materials are recyled by me. Recycled paper is used for invoices.
- My products are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
- I am shipping from the United State and will be glad to ship outside of the U.S. Please let me know where and I will be glad to find out the cost of shipping to you.
- Once the order has been shipped out, I am not responsible for it unless the customer chooses insurance. At your checkout, if you wish to purchase insurance, please note this in the message to seller area and I will send you a seperate Paypal invoice for insurance.

Insurance
- Insurance is optional but highly recommended.
- Insurance is meant to protect you, the buyer, should your package be lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
- Please send me an email to let me know if you would like to add insurance to your order and I will send you an invoice via Pay Pal for the USPS cost for insurance).
- Buyer assumes the risk of loss and/or damage by not opting for insurance.

Returns
- We do our best to provide high quality products that will please our customers.
- All our products are hand made and if any of them have been noticed defected upon receipt, we will gladly accept return within 7 days.
- You must contact us immediately within 48 hours after product delivery to your address.

Refunds
- Your refund will be credited to original payment source.
- Refund does not include shipping and handling cost, only product price will be refunded.
- If there is condition that it is our fault (for example, the wrong product shipped) we will refund the shipping as well.
