I accept Paypal, Credit Cards, Cashiers Check or Money orders for payment. I am unable to accept personal checks at this time.
Shipping is by USPS and purchases will ship within 2 business days, for non-custom orders. Chain maille items can take up to 2 weeks to make and ship.
Returns and refunds accepted. I want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If the item is defective (I inspect all prior to shipping) you may exchange, or receive a refund.
If you receive your item and just dont like it, you may exchange it for a comparable item in my store or request a refund.
If requesting a refund only the price of the item is refunded, minus any charges I incurred in the sale to you, i.e paypal or credit card charges. There is no refund for shipping from my store or your shipping costs in returning the item to me.
You will receive your refund as soon as the item is received back in excellent condition in my store.
