We accept PayPal and ask that you pay for your item(s) upon purchase. If we have not received payment from you within three days, we will cancel the sale and re-list the item(s).
We usually ship orders within 48 hours (2 business days) of receipt of payment. At this time, we offer global shipping with the exception of Italy.
All packages are mailed to the address on your PayPal account. If you would like your package mailed someplace other than your "confirmed" address, please add the address to your PayPal account.
Please keep in mind that it costs us more than postage to send your order. Your package may include padded bubble envelope, shipping label, packing slip, tape, bubble wrap, etc.
US Buyers: We charge a "flat rate" shipping/handling fee of just $3.50 for USPS First Class. Buy one item or one hundred...and you pay just $3.50 for S/H.
International Buyers: Our international S/H is an estimate. If actual postage plus a small amount for handling is less than what you pay in our checkout, we will issue you a partial refund as soon as we have prepared your package for mailing.
Please note that we declare actual value for customs. (To do otherwise is illegal.
RETURN / REFUND POLICY:
We work really hard to accurately present our merchandise and want you to be happy with your purchase. Please ask any questions you might have before you buy.
Please keep in mind that computer monitor settings vary so the color of the item(s) you receive many not exactly "match" your monitor settings.
All returns, for any reason, are limited to thirty (30) days. Shipping and handling charges are not reimbursed unless the reason for your return is the result of an error on our part. We recommend that you insure any items returned to us and that you can provide proof of delivery.
If there are any problems with anything, please give us opportunity to make it right for you. We ain't perfect...but we sure try!
