CUSTOM WORK: I do some custom work. Contact me and I will let you know if I am available to do any at this time. If you would like another type of metal, colour or size, please email me. Custom work details will be dependent upon communication with the buyer. SHIPPING: As of January 27, 2013, USPS shipping cost have increased. Although I prefer to ship Priority, International orders can be shipped First Class in a padded envelope. If you want the item shipped in a box, there might be an extra charge to cover the cost of the added weight. I usually ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail to the US unless specified otherwise, or if the item won't fit in a Priority box. I try do my best to ship on the day or the day after purchase, unless it is a custom order. There may be times when an item will ship 2 to 3 days after purchase. If there are time constraints, you can contact me. Please email me if you have any questions. FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Should you not want a box and just the item, I can ship first class in a padded envelope at your request. I do have USPS priority mail listed for $23.95. First Class is much less but it could take longer and there are no guarantees. I have no control over the package once it's delivered to the post office. The customer is responsible for Customs and VAT Fees, please check on your country's individual fees. Before purchasing please email me so I can adjust the price for first class shipping. Or I can refund the overage after the purchase. CANADIAN And UK SHIPPING: The Canadian and UK fees that are listed are for First Class. Once it's out of my hands I have no control. Unlike Priority Mail boxes, I ship first class packages in a bubble wrap envelope for weight purposes. I do my best to protect the package with a double bubble wrap inside but I cannot guarantee that the package will arrive uncrushed. So far, this has worked without any problems, but I cannot make any promises. If you would like USPS Priority Mail, the fee is $23.95. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: If you aren't satisfied with your item, please contact me within 3 days of receipt. Refunds will be given in the same way payment is received.
