SHIPPING
At present I am only shipping items within the United States. Shipping is by US Mail, by weight. Orders are not mailed insured unless requested by seller, and not before additional postage cost payment is received by Gilruth Designs.
RETURNS
Please note that handmade items are unique, and therefore aren't going to look like they came out of a mold. For instance, seed bead woven items sometimes have a little thread showing between beads, and that's usually considered acceptable; but it shouldn't look like its falling apart.
If you receive a jewelry item that you truly feel is defective in workmanship, please contact me to discuss. If I feel the item is indeed defective, we will arrange to return it within 10 days of receipt, for a full refund, including shipping.
