SHIPPING POLICIES:

All items will be shipped within three business days of receipt of payment. Items that are purchased on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on or before the following Wednesday.

All items will be shipped in USPS Priority Mail boxes unless otherwise indicated. This allows me to get your items in the mail to you faster because not only can I purchase the correct postage amount online at any time of day and not have to go to the Post Office to mail your package, but the Post Office supplies the boxes.

Shipping Priority and purchasing postage online allows me to provide you with a tracking number. This is important because not only does it show the progress of your item's journey to your home, but it protects both of us with PayPal. Items not mailed Priority Mail are not guaranteed a tracking number, and are not protected with PayPal, therefore I cannot accept returns for items not mailed Priority Mail.

I will combine shipping if you purchase more than one item from me. Let me know before you pay for your items that you have more than one so that I can create a combined invoice for you. If you pay before this can happen, I will refund a portion of the postage for all but the first item.

INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS: I will ship anywhere in the world, as long as you are willing to pay for the shipping. If you live outside the United States, let me know before you pay, and I will let you know the proper postage amount. If you pay before I can check with the Post Office, I will refund the excess postage you paid after I mail the item. In either case, I will charge $1 over what the U.S. Post Office charges to cover the trip to the post office.


RETURNS POLICIES:

If an item has not been mailed Priority Mail, I cannot accept returns or make exchanges.

If things aren't the way they should be (broken during shipping, missing parts, etc.), please let me know within seven days. We will discuss the situation and decide what to do.

Any postage costs for the return or exchange of an item are the responsibility of the buyer.

If the item purchased is sized (like clothing), I will do my utmost to describe the size of the item and help you decide if it will fit the intended person. When you get it, try it on for size. If it does not fit, and you let me know within seven days, I will refund your money upon receipt of the item, pending an inspection -- it must not have been worn (other than for trying it on), washed, or have any dirt or stains on it. If it is found to be in unsellable condition, it will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued. I most likely will not have the same item in another size, so I cannot guarantee an exchange.
