Kindly make payment within 2 days, or your order will be canceled.For all Made-To-Order pieces, kindly make your payment first then we can proceed into preparation and sewing.We ship all items by Registered Airmail/Parcel (postman will be at your address to deliver to you) , that's why it cost more than normal airmail. With a Tracking Number given to you.It takes 9-16 working days (excluding weekends) to reach you, depending on distance/custom/weather. There might be delay sometimes with postal service at your country. We are sorry if it happens to you, but please wait for it patiently. (As we can't help to speed up the postage once we shipped it out!)*Pls indicate you mailing address clearly.*For Made-To-Order items, pls allow 2-3 weeks to complete on top of shipping duration.*Kindly contact us for urgent deadlines in order for the item to reach you on time.*No refunds No exchanges once you have made your payment.*Partial refund is only possible if the item is confirmed 'Lost' by postal service.*If the item is confirmed 'Lost' by postal service, we will refund half of the amount to you, Not full refund.*In any case of postal damages, pls contact us and we can discuss more to solve the issue
