PAYMENTS: I accept PayPal payment and credit cards through PayPal. I also accept personal checks drawn on US banks only. International payments through PayPal only. Transaction will be cancelled if payment is not received in two days on PayPal purchases. CUSTOM ORDERS: If you want a particular color, size or design I will try my best to accomodate you. I require a 50% deposit on all custom work to cover materials. This deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due when I list the completed item for you. SHIPPING: Purchases are shipped within 2 days (excluding weekends) of receipt of cleared PayPal payment. I ship USPS First Class or Priority with Delivery Confirmation. I insure items over $25. Shipping charges include postage, packaging materials and handling. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: I do ship internationally, however I am not responsible for any buyer's duties or customs fees. If your country is not listed, please inquire about shipping costs. The only exception is the granite cutting boards. Their weight makes international shipping too costly. RETURNS: If you are not completely satisfied with the item you ordered, please contact me and I will arrange for a full refund of the purchase price of the item after I receive the original item undamaged (shipping costs are non-refundable). Please return it in the original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. This does not apply to custom orders, which are non-refundable. DAMAGED: If your item is received damaged, please contact me within 3 working days of delivery and make arrangements with me. I will file an insurance claim (if applicable) and refund your purchase price. Keep all packaging and labels and take pictures of the box and the damaged item. LOST: If you have not received your purchase 10 days after I have shipped it to you, please contact me. I will check the Delivery Confirmation and if it is determined that the item is indeed lost, I will issue you a refund of the purchase price. TAXES: I am required by the State of TN to collect sale tax on orders by TN residents only. I will send you an invoice with the tax included.
