Thank you for choosing my artwork! It feeds my soul that you like my work. Payment: I can accept PayPal and Google Checkout, but also Visa, MC and Discover. I request that payment in full be received before I ship. Shipping: Shipping is usually by First Class Postal Service for smaller items. I can also ship FedEx and UPS, if the piece is large or needs to be tracked - just let me know what you'd prefer. Most small items have a shipping cost of $4.90. This includes insurance. Gifts: I can gift-wrap any of my pieces, and include a nice note to the recipient. Cancelling an order: Please let me know immediately if you need to cancel an order. I will do my best to work with you to refund your payment, minus whatever fees the payment service has charged. Returns: Oh, I want you to be happy and love your new piece of art! If you're not completely happy with your artwork purchase, please contact me and I will work my hardest to fix the problem. If the only fix is to return or exchange, I will gladly do either, with just the deduction of the fees and shipping costs. Please let me know within 5 days after you receive your piece. Please note that I create each piece individually, so an exchange may not exactly match what was purchased first.
