NOTE ON COLOR: Dichroic glass is unique and reflects different colors depending on background and light. The same can be true of lampwork beads and some gemstones and even metals. Monitors also vary in how they display color. I have described the color or colors of my pieces as accurately as possible based on how they look on my monitor but they may look slightly different on yours. If you have any questions regarding color please contact me and I will do my best to help. I can even take additional pictures to make sure that the piece is the color that you want.

FREE SHIPPING: If this studio is offering free shipping, your purchase will be shipped via First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. If for some reason you would like expedited shipping (i.e., Priority Mail, Express Mail), you will be required to pay the difference.

PAYMENTS: Our shop accepts payment and credit cards through PayPal. If you don't have an account, you can still make a payment through them by using a credit card. PayPal is a safe and easy way to make a payment and all of your information is confidential. Money orders will also be accepted. Personal checks will NOT be accepted. After payment is made or verified, the item will be shipped within 2 business days unless otherwise indicated. If you want your item faster, please contact me and it will be shipped via Priority or Express Mail at your cost.

Our shop will only accept payment for International purchases through PayPal. A transaction will be cancelled if payment is not received within three days.

SHIPPING: Items will be shipped USPS First Class mail to the address provided by you at the rate specified for each piece. Certain pieces will be automatically shipped by Priority Mail with delivery confirmation as indicated with the piece. If the piece you purchased isn't being shipped this way and you would like it to be, please notify the shop when making your purchase. The cost of shipping in that manner will be added to your purchase.

All purchases will be confirmed via email. If you do not receive an email, please contact the shop. Thanks.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International shipping will be sent in the same manner without insurance and tracking. The shop cannot be responsible for accrued charges added by your customs department. There also could be delays in receiving your package because of the distance.

Our goal is to make sure that your purchase arrives safely.

RETURNS: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for some reason you aren't, please notify the shop via email immediately. We can then discuss the best way to handle your concerns. Items can be exchanged or returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs) as long as they are returned in original condition within 7 days of receipt as confirmed by the delivery confirmation supplied by the Post Office. Purchaser will be reponsible for return shipping costs.
