I will ship anywhere in the world where PayPal will process a payment. This goblin normally ships by USPS standard mail. Upgrades are available if requested.
I cannot guarantee packages shipped to other countries as the USPS has no tracking system for those countries. I strongly suggest that items going to Italy be upgraded to Priority International as sad and desperate things have happened to packages going there.
Customs forms on packages going overseas will be filled out accurately, and buyers are responsible for all Customs or Duty fees. I cannot help buyers avoid or reduce their national customs fees because Goblins do not enjoy imprisonment or big fines.
I do enameling once a week and normally ship once a week. If you are in a rush, just let me know and I'll try to speed up my schedule for you. (Near the holidays, I ship more frequently to make sure your goodies arrive on time.)
