Payment: Credit card or Paypal is available. Items will be shipped as soon as payment is received. All items will be shipped via USPS.. Lost mail will not be able to be replaced as these are handmade one of a kind items. We apologize for this inconvenience, but once the package leaves our hands we can not control what the mail carriers do with it. We will be glad to repair any broken items- should this happen during shipping. Items that are broken or damaged due to mishandling or abuse can not be replaced, repaired or refunded. Should you require a full refund please contact us at dimpleskms99@gmail.com to discuss further, we will be more than happy to work with you provided the reasons are legitimate; i.e. faulty craftsmanship, item purchased was not what was stated on the website, etc.
