Artisan's Policies:



Payment: Payment should be made via Paypal or Google checkout within 3 days of purchase.



Sales Tax: Arizona residents will be charged sales tax.



All attempts have been made to photograph these items correctly in the natural light. However, colors can/do vary with everyone's individual monitors. If you have questions about the colors - please contact me before purchasing any items.



Packaging: Items will be packed carefully and shipped in a gift box and/or a padded envelope using USPS First Class mail. Most items will be shipped same day as payment is received, unless it's too late to make it to the post office, then the items will be shipped the next day.



Custom Fees: Buyer is responsible for any Custom Fees charged.



Your order will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Be certain that your name and address is correct. I am not responsible for shipping to an address that is not listed correctly by the buyer.



I am not responsible for orders that are lost or damaged in the mail, this needs to be taken up with the USPS.



Insurance, delivery confirmation and faster shipping is available for an additional charge upon your request. This request should be made prior to payment.



Items with FREE SHIPPING will be sent via USPS First Class. If you wish to have any other shipping method or insurance, these additional fees will be added per your request and you are responsible for the extra shipping charge. Upon your request for any of these items, a revised invoice will be sent to you via PayPal.



Returns: If you aren't happy with your purchase, just contact me upon receipt of your item. I will gladly refund your money, less shipping charges, once the item is received back in its original condition and with prior approval from me and within 7 days of your receipt of the item.
