Orders will be shipped by Priority Mail, unless First Class or Parcel Post is more economical, based on your location and the weight of the merchandise. Shipping is through the U.S. Postal Service, and will be within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
Please supply your mailing address at checkout, rather than your PayPal address if it is different.
Although the shipping costs are listed for each item for sale within the United States, Canada, Mexico, and "all other countries", please contact me prior to purchase for a shipping quote if you live anywhere besides Canada, Mexico or the United States. The "all other" shipping costs are only an estimate. I can give you a quote for the specific amount if you contact me prior to purchase.
If you need a specific type of shipping, for a rush gift for example, please let me know and I'll be happy to oblige.
Every attempt has been made to accurately charge for shipping, but an overage of more than $2.00 will be refunded by PayPal. This may occur with combinations of different types of merchandise.
Seller is not responsible for lost or stolen mail. All paid orders are considered final sales. However, I do recognize that sometimes things happen. If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact me within one week of receiving your order so we can quickly resolve the problem. I do appreciate your favorable feedback!

I do accept custom orders for items similar to what I am offering in my shop, and will consider other items as well. I have experience making many different things, and I love a challenge! Tell me what you have in mind and I will respond with whether or not I can do it, how much it will cost, and how soon I can have it done.
Once we reach agreement on scope and price of your custom order, I will create a reserved listing in my studio. A deposit of at least 50% is due prior to my beginning work on your custom order. Once completed, I will contact you and let you know that the listing is now updated with the remaining amount due.Your order will be shipped when payment is received.
Custom orders are considered final sales, but I will strive to make certain that it meets or exceeds your expectations. Again, if you have any problems with the order received, please contact me within a week of receiving the order.
Sales tax will automatically be charged on orders being placed in Washington state. The current rate is 9.5%
