Each item is hand crafted and painted for each customer. Currently we are working to ship your product within 4-10 weeks of receiving your order. It normally takes 6-8 weeks to create step stools and 24"x12" wall shelves and 6-10 weeks for table and chair sets, large wall shelves (shelves over 24"x12") and toy boxes. We are not responsible for shipping delays for weather. We give special attention to each item ordered to be sure it is what our customer desires. In an attempt to expedite all orders we only ship on the Thursday, Friday and Saturday of each week. For example if your shipping date falls within a week Monday - Friday your order should ship that Thursday, Friday or Saturday. Some products naturally take longer to build and paint example: a custom design or custom product. Hand painted items also take longer. If you have questions regarding the anticipated ship date please message me. **Reminder** During the Christmas season please message us for a delivery time. If you need your order to ship sooner please let me know. We always strive to get your order out as soon as possible. Once your order is received you should receive confirmation of your order. If you need to cancel an order because you have not reviewed our shipping policies we do charge a $25.00 cancellation fee as well as a 3% transaction fee. This amount will be subtracted from the refund. If you have any questions please feel free to call me at 208-887-2021. We ship with UPS ground delivery for domestic shipments. We do not require a signature. Your order will be left at the door if you are not home. Please email me if you would like us to be sure and get a signature. There maybe an extra charge for this service. Shipments are insured for the value of your item against damage by the shipping company. In some cases we can charge a rush fee to expedite the delivery date of your order. If you are interested in a rush order please message me before your order. We do not bump a regular order for a rush order. We will work extra hours to complete a rush order so it is very important that we know ahead of time to insure there will be time to complete the order.
