Payment is due on sale, unless previous arrangements have been made. Payment accepted is Paypal, major credit cards via the Paypal button (click on the paypal button, check the box that says you do not have a paypal account (or do not want to pay with your paypal account if you have one),and then follow the prompts and enter your credit card and shipping information. USPS money orders are also accepted upon request. 30 day layaway is available with 50% down; terms can be extended up to 60-90 days on higher priced merchandise. 25% restocking fee if you default or change your mind. Do you love something and need time-let us know, we can work with you. All merchandise is one of a kind and all sales are final. Insurance IS included in the shipping charges for glass or pottery items shipping to the US48, and insurance is included for Canada up to $89. Tracking is not included in any listing, but can be added for a small fee upon request. If you are unsure if insurance is included and want your order insured, please inquire. International shipments are shipped First Class and are not insured and do not have tracking unless requested and an additional fee is applicable. GreatDesign is not responsible for shipped items that are lost, damaged or stolen. In the event an insured purchase is damaged, all packing materials and merchandise must be saved for the shipper to inspect. Shipping is once a week, on Saturdays. Orders made by Wednesdays at 12 noon will ship on Saturday. Orders placed after 12 noon on Wednesday will ship the following Saturday. If you need something sooner let us know and we will try to make it happen. Shipping charges include some packing and handling fees. GreatDesign sells fun vintage merchandise, Mid Century Modern furniture, lighting and objects, new and vintage handmade items, and Christmas decorations all year round. Handmade items will show the unique characteristics and slight imperfections of a handmade item. Vintage items will show obvious signs of use and wear-any issues an item has will be mentioned and/or pictured. Any errors or omissions are simply an oversight or considered obvious.
