SHIPPING: is done through USPS Priority Mail with Tracking and Insurance option...YOU MUST CONTACT ME TO SEND EXTRA MONEY FOR TRACKING AND INSURANCE. My shipping charges don't even cover the total for most priority mail locations...I highly recommend this option. Please contact me for more info.
PAYMENT: I only accept Paypal at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause my shoppers...I assure you I've not yet had a problem in my own dealings with them - I find their security team to be excellent and attentive. Setting up an account is super easy...and NO I don't work for them!! ;0)

Jewelry: I understand that it's truly difficult to choose handmade jewelry without actually holding it in your hands...I accept exchanges (sorry, no refunds) for pieces that are not what you love...you must contact me within 24 hours of receiving your piece or pieces of handmade jewelry through Artfire.
Beads and Vintage Jewelry: No refunds. Exchanges only when piece is significantly different from description.
Ornaments: Exchanges given for any damaged items. Again, you must convo me within 24 hours of the receipt of your purchase/s.
