We accept PayPal, money orders, and personal, business, or cashier checks. If you would like to pay by check or money order, please understand that we will not ship until after payment has cleared. We cannot accept checks or money orders for more than the purchase plus shipping. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 fee, in addition to the amount of the check. We ship via USPS unless you request a different method. We ship stock items within two or three business days (generally Tuesdays and Fridays). If you would like your shipment via a faster service, please let us know so we can make arrangements. We work hard to insure your glass arrives safely, but if something is damaged in transport, please let us know as soon as it arrives so we can make arrangements to replace the item. We are happy to exchange or refund for items with which you are not satisfied, less shipping costs. Custom orders are welcome, and we make every effort to work with you as our creation process unfolds to make sure you will be satisfied. Please be aware that there will be some variation in color between what you see on our site and the actual product. While we try to make sure our pictures are good representations, variation in computer monitors always makes accurate depictions impossible.
