Because of health requirements we do not accept returns on hats unless it is for a manufacturing defect. However, we guarantee 100% satisfaction so if there is a problem with the hat, let us know and we will do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
At this time custom orders are taking about three to four weeks before they are ready to ship. If you need it sooner let us know and we will try to get it out sooner.
If a hat says READY TO SHIP, it is and we will get it out the next business day following receipt of payment.
