Today's strap orders are shipping 3 weeks, bags are shipping 6 weeks. When a bag and strap are purchased separately but at the same time on one order , you receive combined shipping, but the strap will ship on the bag schedule. Just FYI. If you want the strap to go ahead and ship out ahead of the bag, then you will need to do 2 separate transactions with separate checkouts in order to do that. It does ***NOT*** mean it is ready to ship. *********************************************************************************************** FAQ's: Q: Where can I see your choice of fabrics? A. You can choose any fabric from any active listing whether strap or bag. If the listing is active online then the fabric is available. Exceptions to this would be if I have written in the description that it is the LAST ONE of something, that would mean I am out of the fabric , otherwise, it's available. Q: I see a fabric I like, can I get it on another bag style or size? OR, can this bag be made with "???" fabric, either way, this is the answer: A. Mostly that can be done with no problem. What you would do is: 1) Find the style and size bag you like, no matter the fabric that's on it. Use that to checkout. Remember, some styles have different features, so find the one with the features you want for "style", like ruffles or no ruffes, etc. 2) During the checkout, there is a place to write "notes to seller" in that box you would describe what you want. ***Be specific so I don't have to guess at it .Lack of details causes delays and mistakes, so write it all out clearly.** On the fabric, Copy the link from your browser window and attach it so I can see the one you are wanting OR attach a picture. . That is how you can custom order. If you want a strap added to the order, put one in the cart for checkout and--- tell me how you want it---. (It will combine on one invoice at checkout.) PLEASE PUT A NOTE ON THE ORDER IF YOU WANT IT AS IT IS SHOWN or IF YOU WANT IT MADE TO MATCH THE BAG. I'm noticing alot of customers who don't like things to match...so please leave the note on the order whether match or MIX MATCH. You don't have to buy a set which is already listed, it's all the same price, whether added separately or as a set. **************************************************************** Q. How does the camera strap attach to the camera? A. That's a good question . It's better to watch a video so you can see. My straps connect exactly like the ones you have on your factory strap right now. Same mechanisms. You have to make sure you attach your camera strap correctly to your camera, whether it is "my straps" or the one from the camera manufacturer, they work the same and you must connect them correctly. I can't be responsible if you don't connect to your camera correctly, so here is a video in case you are beginning photography and just not sure how to do it, this is helpful: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iLXLqPR5Qp4 Always pull on the strap and make sure it is secure before you go ahead and use it. Check it each time you get your camera out. Test it. It only takes a few minutes and it may save your valuable possession. Like I said, either mine or the factory strap, it's all the same connections and it all works the same way. Any of them can slip if you don't do it right, so take the time, you'll be glad you did.:)) ************************************************************************************************** Q: Can I checkout using a credit card without a Paypal account? A. YES, you sure can. Do you have another Etsy shop or are you associated with any other shops on Etsy? A. No, I have only one shop on Etsy. If in doubt, "my" designs will have the Snugglensâ,,˘ trademark prominently displayed on the listings and photo. If you don't see Snugglensâ,,˘ it is not mine and I have no association with any other shops on Etsy. I do maintain a site on Artfire under the seller name "GypsyRoseHandbags" where I do sell Snugglensâ,,˘ and my trademark appears there also. ************************************************************************************************** Q. Do you make the bag OR do you buy the bag somewhere and embellish it? A. I design the bag,I make my own patterns, I make the complete bag , I do every step all the way through including putting it in the box. Nothing is prefab or made by mass production. I am a professional bag maker,not a part time crafter. My bags are "handmade", not "homemade". What makes me a professional? I've personally made and shipped over 10,000 bags and counting, so I'd say I know how to do it. There is a big difference in making diaper bags OR making camera bags. I have made both and know the differences. I use only professional materials not hobby store craft supplies and I do not recycle thrift store bags. (To me, that's just nasty.) These are all made from scratch one at a time with all new materials. Just for you.:)) ************************************************************************************************** Q. Can I cancel my order? I changed my mind or "something else" like my friend already has received another camera bag, yada yada...? A. There are NO cancellation clauses. Once a sale is made and payment is received, the order starts down the process of being produced with the fabrics being cut at that point and then your order details and fabrics are put in holding bins awaiting it's turn up the line of production to be completed and shipped in the order it was received. Please read the listing and shop policy page *prior to purchase * b/c I do not cancel sales once they are final. Your bag may have a delayed ship time, but that doesn't mean it hasn't started down the line and I cannot take losses on cut fabrics. *************************************************************************************************** Q. Can I change the fabric once I have completed the sale? A. Gee, I wish you wouldn't, but I might can do that unless it was a custom , just for you, combination.
