***PDF Format Units Shipped via Email:
I will always email your unit within 8 hours. Unless I'm sleeping, you will usually receive your item within hours. If you do not receive your unit, please check the email you have listed under your Paypal account. If it's correct, check your junk mail. If you still do not have your purchase, please email me and let me know. I will be happy to resend your order.

***Ready Made Units: I always ship within 3 business days. I can ship via media mail or Priority mail. CD's will be shipped via First Class Mail free of charge. If you are buying multiple items, feel free to email me and I will set up a private listing with the correct shipping amount.
