HarmonyDesigns' Policies
I accept payment through PayPal, and they will accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. I will also accept a check or money order. I will ship within 3 days from receipt of payment or if a check or a money order is used for payment, I will ship within 5 days from bank clearance. All items will be shipped via USPS.
For multiple items purchased, I am happy to combine items for you, and discount the shipping and handling fee. Each additional item purchased can be shipped together for only $1.00 more per item.
