Some pieces may appear bigger than the actual size so that you are able to see the detail. I try to list the exact measurements and sizes in the descriptions. My descriptions are direct and exact as possible. If you have a question about anything I have listed please do not hesitate to message me. I am extremely email friendly :) **Each customer's account is strictly confidential. Certain information like customer names, addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses are maintained by Harmony Jewelry Design for the sole purpose of servicing each customer's account. NO customer information will be sold, given, shared, or otherwise transmitted to third parties for any reason unless required by law. ALL jewelry is handcrafted by me and is done with the love that I have for the art. The wood burned plaques are done with the utmost attention to detail. Please keep checking back, as I will be adding many more items. Payment I prefer Paypal and will ship your purchase once I have received a confirmation from Paypal. I will also accept personal checks (within the US only) but please know that YOUR PURCHASE WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL YOUR CHECK CLEARS THE BANK which usually takes 10-15 days. There will be a US $30.00 charge for any checks that do not clear. Thank you for your understanding on my check policy. Payment is expected at time of purchase unless you convo me for different arrangements. Examples are: need more time to pay, payment arrangements for more expensive items, or if you are mailing your payment. A 8% tax will be added for orders from South Carolina. Please email me before paying so that I may amend your invoice. This is for SC residents only. Shipping DOMESTIC SHIPPING I ship once payment is confirmed or check has cleared. Exceptions to this are custom orders which will be shipped once completed. Insurance is optional but highly recommended. I cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged once they leave my hands. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, please let me know before you pay so that I can make the necessary changes to your invoice. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING I do not ship to all Countries due to certain rules and restrictions. If you are an International buyer, please convo me before purchasing so that I may check your country as well as make the necessary changes to your invoice. NOTE:: All duties, fees, taxes, etc. are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of any import restrictions to your country from the US. All orders are shipped USPS First Class unless you prefer a different method or express shipping. Please convo me with your request/changes so that I can adjust your invoice. Refunds and Exchanges Your complete satisfaction is very important to me. I take a lot of pride in each and every piece I make. If you have any problems with any of my jewelry please contact me immediately so that we may discuss the problem and come to an appropriate solution. I am glad to say that I have never had this occur since I began selling my jewelry. **All items sold by Harmony Jewelry Design are guaranteed as to workmanship. This does not apply to items damaged through abuse, misuse, or damage incurred during shipping. **Return orders: Customer should contact Harmony Jewelry Design for instructions on how to properly return an item/items. I will not accept CODs or returns without prior authorization. Additional Policies and FAQs If your purchase is a gift, I can ship directly to your recipient. Please note address to be shipped to in the notes section of your order. I ship in gift boxes with ribbons but will gift wrap at your request. I can also include a handmade card with a handwritten/typed note. Just convo me with the information. I do not charge extra for this service. Being as GREEN as possible, I recycle everything I can. If your purchase arrives in reused packing, please don't be offended! The gift boxes are new but made of 100% recycled materials. I try to make sure that everything I make is well represented by photo and description.
