WHOLESALE:

We are happy to sell products at wholesale prices to you if you have a brick & mortar store in which to resell them. Must provide a reseller's license and/or business license for your state. Please email with any questions.

Shipping

Please ensure that the address you provide is correct in every location. Headband Shoppe is not responsible for re-shipping charges if an item is returned for an incorrectly provided address. In such cases that this occurs, the customer will be asked to pay for shipping on the reshipment of the parcel.

The Headband Shoppe cannot guarantee that you will receive the item by a specific date. Please allow sufficient time to receive the item, especially internationally.

All packages will be shipped USPS first class. Please allow up to 6 weeks for international delivery (though typical ship time is approx 10 days) depending on country. There is no tracking available. If you would like to upgrade to a faster shipping method, please contact us and we will provide you with a quote.

Please also be aware that you will be held responsible for any customs fees. Please check with your local post office before ordering to see what the customs fee rate is.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want my customers to be happy. The first step in this process is that I provide quality products that I believe you will love. However, if for some reason you are unhappy with the quality of your product when received (please email us with specific details), or in the event that a piece is damaged in transit to you, we will exchange your piece or provide a refund* The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

*all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee

Returns and refunds are not accepted on any items that have been damaged as a result of customer mishandling or circumstances outside of our control. For health reasons, returns and refunds are not accepted on hairpieces if an item has been worn.

Absolutely no refunds or exchanges are accepted for custom orders. All custom work is final sale.

Please keep in mind that I am a small business, not a large company with a lot product margin. Returns are not ideal, but we do realize they are a necessary part of business in some circumstances. If you are considering purchasing several items and returning all but one, please let us guide you to the piece that is right for you before you purchase.
Additional Policies and FAQs

Sales Tax: As a business we are required to collect sales tax from buyers located in Arizona. At checkout, a sales tax of 10.35% will be added to your total. This applies to AZ residents only!

While we do not anticipate this to be the case with most of our customers, Headband Shoppe reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
