ADDITAIONAL INFORMATION FOR SCRABBLE, GLASS AND DOMINO PENDANTS

I am happy to accept special orders from you. If you have an idea for a pendant that I don't have, would like a picture of someone special on a pendant, or would like to see some of your own artwork on a pendant, please let me know. I would love to make it for you!

Because my items are handmade there will be variances that will occur. No two pieces will be exactly the same. There may also be occasional air bubbles or some other anomaly that will occur. These are not defects but trademarks of being handmade.

The artwork is printed on premium matte heavy-weight photo paper and then sealed with a glaze/epoxy to the scrabble/glass or domino pendant. The glaze/epoxy is water resistant but not waterproof so to help maintain the quality of your pendant please be sure to remove it before bathing or swimming.


PAYMENTS
I accept PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). Once your order has been placed you will need to make payment within two days. If you have not paid for your order within two days your order will be canceled.


SHIPPING
I ship USPS First Class. Most items are not made until you order them, so please allow at least 72 hours before your items ship. Your items will not ship until your payment is confirmed. In order to offer a wide array of graphic design options, most of my pieces are "Made to Order". This means that I will begin to produce your jewelry pieces once I have received payment on your order, so please again allow at least 72 hours before your items ship. The entire production process takes a couple of days to ensure proper curing.


REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
I take pride in my work but if you receive your items and you are not satisfied with them, please contact me and we can work something out. Your happiness with your items is my top priority.

RETURNS are on a case by case basis and will expire after 15 days of placing your order.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.
