How I work: I am self-employed and create is what I do for a living. As the orders come in they are added to my calender of production accordingly. I will contact to let you know the exact turn around time - meaning when I will have the item shipped to you. Please allow yourself the time for me to create your item in addition to shipping. If rush is needed please send me a message first! Current Turn around time is 7-14 days! If you are not happy: Please contact me before returning any item. You are responsible for return shipping. Please package all returned items with care. All returned items must be in PERFECT condition (not washed not dirty not worn and not damaged in any way). If I receive a returned item that is not re-sellable you will not receive a refund/replacement. Refunds Refunds on RTS or Custom orders will be dealt with on an individual basis.
