Payment: I will accept personal checks and money orders in U.S dollars (U.S. bank only) for the exact amount of purchase. I do NOT refund extra so be sure to send the correct amount. If you want a faster speed I am happy to accommodate for the additional postage costs. Shipments go out Mon through Sat as soon as payment has cleared. For international shipments: Any tariffs or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping cost is best estimate. If it comes in much higher I will contact buyer before shipment. Your jewelry purchase will be wrapped in sustainable mulberry or tissue paper and placed in a handmade paper gift envelope suitable for gift-giving. I recycle the outer shipping box when they are clean and reusable. Returns/Refunds: I want you to love your purchase. Also, since I understand that colors on your monitor may not be the same as real life and shopping via internet doesnt give you a chance to see how a piece looks on your body, you may return any original condition unworn jewelry purchase within 2 days of receipt for a full refund. Item must be mailed to me within those 2 days either first class mail with insurance or UPS with insurance. Shipping fees and any transaction fees are non-refundable. Please notify me immediately if youll be returning an item so I can be watching for it and contact you when received. *For health reasons, all earring purchases are final and non-returnable unless defective.
