PAYMENT:

PayPal is our current method of accepting payment. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use PayPal to pay for your items. If you need help with this, just let us know.


CUSTOM PIECES :

~All custom work requires a deposit of 50% of the total price for work to begin. A deadline for completion will be set before work begins. Final payment,including shipping and packaging fees, are required before the piece is shipped. All sales on custom work are final. Custom work is personal and therefore made only for you. We can not sell an item made especially for you to someone else. No returns or refunds on custom work. We reserve the right to decline any commissioned piece.

CANCELLATIONS :

~Any piece requested and not paid for with in 3 business days will be reposted.

~If you change your mind about an item before 3 business days, please notify us so we may cancel your order. Canceled orders will not receive negative feedback if with in 3 business days of buying.

~No returns accepted. If there is a problem, just let us know and we will make it right to the best of our ability.


SHIPPING:

All orders will be shipped with in 7-10 business days of receipt of payment in full. Unless otherwise specified (except custom work)

Listed shipping charges are estimates. Charge will be finalized on invoice. International customers should message us before ordering for shipping charges to your neck of the woods. We are willing to give estimates prior to orders being made for all customers.

USPS is our carrier of choice. Should you wish another method, cost will be discussed upon request.

We package all items as carefully as possible to insure they arrive to you whole and as beautiful as when they left us. We are not responsible for damage during transit.

Insurance is required on all purchases valued over $30.00 and will be billed on invoice. This is protect both seller and buyer.

Confirmation of delivery is required on all purchases, no exceptions (we pick up the tab for this cost).

Any special requests/instructions should be entered on your paypal payment. Also feel free to convo/email if you wish.

Gift wrap or special packaging available upon request for an additional fee.
