ALL ORDERS-
Ready Made Studio Items will be shipped within 24 hours of Payment Receipt. Weekends and Holidays Excluded.

Items weighing 13 ounces or under, will be shipped via USPS First Class, unless otherwise requested and paid for by the Buyer.

If an Exchange or Refunded is needed, please notify us within 7 Days of USPS confirmed delivery date. Return postage is the Buyer's responsibility.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS-
Will be shipped via USPS First Class International, unless otherwise requested by the Buyer.

Buyer is responsible for any and all Customs, Duties or Import Fees.

CUSTOM ORDERS-
Payment in full is required before work is begun.
