SHIPPING
We ship primarily in the US and Canada via UPS. If you need us to ship via the USPS, please specify. Items ship within 3 business days after payment is received. You may request a certain date. We are happy to accommodate your requests. Depending on location, once shipped packages take 2 to 7 days to arrive.
Shipping estimates are based on location. Your package will be securely wrapped and properly insured.

STOCK
Each product is hand made and may vary slightly in size shape and color. If we do not have an item in stock, we will do our best to let you know how long it will take to make. Usually it is 2 to 4 weeks.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Keep in mind that every monitor displays color differently. If you are not 100% happy with any order you receive, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange for a return or a replacement. We will happily refund the purchase price less the shipping charges once we receive the return in its original condition. Return shipping charges are your responsibility.
