Please contact us if you would like to return or exchange an item. You must contact us BEFORE you return the item and get authorization to return it. You are responsible for all shipping costs. All requests to return an item must be received by us within 10 days of sending the item to you. Any returned item must be in AS NEW condition, and there will be a re-listing fee of 15% for each returned item that will be deducted from your refund. Expect your refund within 2 weeks.
