As a buyer, you have several payment options to choose from Paypal, such as using a credit card, sending an e-check or paying directly from your own PayPal account. If payment is not received within 3 days of purchase, the transaction will be cancelled to allow us to relist the item. For payment made by eCheque, your purchase will be held until payment clears (typically within 3 to 5 business days). SHIPPING: We ship your purchase within 3 business days upon receipt of payment. All our jewelry pieces are shipped in a gift box with protective packaging together with a small piece of anti-tarnish strip that protects your jewelry from tarnish and dulling. We recommend that you retain the plastic packet provided to store your jewelry piece, which is the ideal way to prevent your items from tarnishing. Anti-tarnish strips should be replaced once every 6 months. Il Mare Atelier ships via Singapore Post REGISTERED mail with delivery/ receipt confirmation and will provide an article registration number for your easy tracking here: http://www.singpost.com/ra/ra_article_status.asp. (Please note that tracking may not be available for all countries.) I strongly advise that you personally receive and sign for the package or authorize someone to do the same, so as to reduce the risk of losing your package in shipping. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for delivery of local (Singapore) orders and about 14 to 21 business days for delivery of international orders from the date of shipment. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: I am committed to work with you to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. A review will be made on a case-by-case basis and I will gladly issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) if necessary. An exchange or a refund will be made if you have received damaged goods in the mail. The refund will be made promptly upon receipt of the returned item. If a refund is made, you will be required to return the item at your own cost in a new and unused condition as in the original state that was sent before the refund can be issued. If an exchange is made, you will be required to return the item at your own cost as mentioned above, and the replacement will be sent to you at no extra charge (including shipping). TAKING CARE OF YOUR JEWELRY: Store each jewelry piece in the airtight plastic packet provided to prevent items from tarnishing. Jewelry pieces should be stored separately from one another. Keep your jewelry from contact with water and avoid wearing them if you are playing sports, or working in the garden. We recommend that you wear your jewelry pieces last when dressing and remove them first when you reach home. REMOVING TARNISH ON YOUR JEWELRY: Polishing cloths (available for both gold/ goldfilled and silver) are effective in most circumstances, except for chains, as the polishing cloth is unable to reach the inside of the links to remove tarnish completely.
