FORM OF PAYMENT: I accept Paypal and personal checks (drawn on US banks). CUSTOM ORDERS: If you are ordering a personalized item, like a pet portrait or wedding dish, we'll agree on the details of the piece and the lead time for your item(s) when you place the order. I'll send approval photos before shipping. SHIPPING: Items that are on hand are shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment. I use US Postal Service, first class or priority mail, depending on the size and weight of your package. I include delivery confirmation on every shipment. If you would like your order sent faster or by another method like UPS or FedEx, please let me know before making payment. POSTAL INSURANCE: This is available for a small additional fee. Glass is fragile. I pack with care and use good materials, but if the Post Office loses or damages your package, insurance is your only protection. I'll invoice you exactly what the USPS charges if you would like postal insurance.
