Returns policy: In the event of a defect or item that arrives damaged, we are happy to talk to you about repair or replacement. Please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your item.
Repairs, we will refund your original shipping charge and send your repair or replacement free of charge, but cannot cover shipping for your return.
In the event that repair is impossible or unacceptable, we will refund the shipping and purchase price upon receipt of the defective item.
We love to make custom items!
Returns on custom items will be at our discretion, as we will work closely with you to be certain you are satisfied throughout the process. Some items may not be suitable for general sale.
Sales Tax:
We are incorporated in Pennsylvania, 7% Sales tax will be charged for customers in Allegheny County and 6% sales tax for other areas of PA. The tax will show up in the Paypal portion of your transaction.
If you live outside of Allegheny County and find you've been charged the incorrect sales tax rate, please notify us. We will refund the difference.
