Welcome to the Policy page for my shop. I hope you will find them to be clear and reasonable. Please feel free to contact me at any time if you have questions or comments about this shop's policies, or anything else. I am conversation friendly!
Payment is expected and appreciated at the time of purchase. Payments will go through the quick and easy checkout with Paypal. They are my processor for MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and direct debits from checking accounts.I do not take personal checks, money orders, or cashier's checks.
The shipping amounts you will see on each item are for USPS 1st Class mail with no insurance, in an effort to keep your shipping fees as low as possible. That fee also includes the cost of shipping supplies and package delivery to the post office. If you want your item more quickly and/or want insurance, please contact me before paying and I will be happy to adjust your item accordingly. If an uninsured First Class package is lost in the mail, I can provide you proof that it was shipped but cannot be held responsible if the USPS loses it. However, I will do everything I can possibly do to help your locate your package.
Refunds and Exchanges
My return policy is pretty basic. If you're not happy, I'm not happy. Ship your item back to me within 7 days after you receive it, with a note to tell me what is wrong, and I will cheerfully refund your purchase price.Shipping charges will not be refunded unless there is a problem that is my fault. Should that be the case, I will refund your shipping as well.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I am open to discussion about custom orders. Please feel free to contact me with your ideas and we'll see if we can work together to get it done.If you see a pendant you like but would prefer it on a different necklace, that can be done. If you like a pair of hair sticks but would prefer them to be a different color, that can be done, too. Since everything in my shops is handmade, I can always make something for you to your own specifications.Custom orders are fun!
