All goods will be shipped through the United States Postal Service utilizing their First-Class Mail system. As an added safeguard and to assure the high standards we strive to uphold all orders will also receive Delivery Confirmation. This assures prompt and secure shipment of goods to anywhere in the United States. Goods will be shipped to our customers twice a week; every Tuesday and Saturday. In the event that a shipping day should fall on a holiday, shipment will be rescheduled to the next business day without haste. Refunds and exchanges will be addressed in a case by case manner and given the utmost attention as to assure the satisfaction of the customer involved.
