We aim to treat our customers in a manner calculated to secure their permanent patronage. If you do favor us with your patronage we feel under obligations to do everything in our power to merit your trade, and no matter how small your order may be it will receive the same prompt and careful attention as if it were ever so large.
At this time we request that you remit payment for any purchases made from our catalogue of items through Paypal. We ask that payments be made in a timely manner: within three (3) business days from date of initial purchase.
We desire to make our terms of shipment as liberal as possible, consistent with absolute safety and without loss which would otherwise add to our selling price.
All goods will be shipped through the United States Postal Service utilizing their First-Class Mail system. As an added safeguard and to assure the high standards we strive to uphold all orders will also receive Delivery Confirmation. This assures prompt and secure shipment of goods to anywhere in the United States.
Goods will be shipped to our customers twice a week; every Tuesday and Saturday. In the event that a shipping day should fall on a holiday, shipment will be rescheduled to the next business day without haste.
Refunds and exchanges will be addressed in a case by case manner and given the utmost attention as to assure the satisfaction of the customer involved.
