Every thing in the studio is ready to ship the next day. If I need to size it I may need an extra day. I pay the shipping on all items. I can do most custom orders in 2 or 3 days. You don't pay for your custom order until after I build it and you see the pictures. If I have to order material it could add some time to your order. I only except PayPal for payment. You don't need a PayPal account to use your credit card. Returns are excepted. If your not happy with your purchase you can send it back and get an instant refund. And I will refund the money you spend on shipping also. Just so you know, I have never had an item returned. If you ever have a problem just call me. Here is my number...520.888.0673
