They are not stocked or mass-produced. We appreciate your patience and are confident that you will be delighted with your selections. SHIPPING METHOD On DOMESTIC orders Laptop Bags and Camera Bags ship via USPS Priority Mail. Small and/or light weight items, such as Kindle Cases, Sling Purses and small accessory items ship via First Class Mail. INTERNATIONAL orders ship via USPS First Class International Airmail and are fully insured to protect our customers in the event of loss or damage in the mail. All duties, customs, taxes, and any and all other costs associated with receiving shipment are customer's responsibility. We cannot mark your package as a GIFT or state an untrue value as this is illegal and voids the insurance on your package. SHIPPING INSURANCE On DOMESTIC orders insurance is optional but recommended. If you would like insurance, please contact me for an adjusted invoice prior to making payment on your item(s). On INTERNATIONAL orders insurance is mandatory and is included in the standard shipping price. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES Sales are final all styles of laptop bags because they are made-to-order in the size and fabric of your choice and therefore difficult for us to resell. Sales are also final on SALE items and reserved listings. All other items may be returned for refund of the item price. Shipping costs are not refundable. We do not offer exchanges. The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt in new unused condition and accompanied with your invoice and a note explaining reason for return. WHOLESALE We do not offer wholesale pricing but may occasionally offer a bulk order discount if our production schedule allows.
