Payment
I accept Paypal, personal checks, or money orders for all domestic orders. Please use PayPal if you are buying from outside of the US.
Shipping
I ship USPS, first class mail. I do combine shipping on multiple orders and try to keep the costs reasonable. If it turns out that I've overcharged more than a dollar or so on postage, I'll send you a refund for the difference.
Insurance is available on domestic orders, if you insist; but I usually can't justify the extra expense. I've sent hundreds of collars and dress leads all over the world. The post office has done an excellent job of getting them delivered 99.99% of the time. If your order happens to be one of the unlucky few that gets lost in the mail-just let me know-I'll replace it.
I list 3 days as processing time. I usually try to get orders packaged up and mailed within 24hrs, but, weekends and holidays can stretch that out a bit.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do accept returns of new, unused leads and will do exchanges or refunds depending on the circumstances. Please contact me as soon as possible if there is a problem.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Each of my walking leads is a handmade original. I have hundreds of small pieces of fabrics and trims, never more than enough to make 2 or 3 of any design, so each is a very limited edition. Many are one-of-a-kind. I can usually do custom orders in different sizes-providing the materials are available.
