Shipping
♥ Japonicas, the white windflowers, are meant to take greater heights, to disperse, to fly...
Likewise, we send all our Japonicas (referring to our creations), very carefully and securely packaged, to anywhere around the world via Normal Air Mail (by Singapore Post). We ship within 1-3 days after payment has been made.
Please inform us if you would like to opt for Registered Air Mail, which will deliver the package to your doorstep and your signature would be required to accept the package. For this service, there will be an additional charge of USD5.
Write to us at hello@japonicas.com if you need insurance or speed post service for your purchase. Please note additional services will incur further charges.
Items are shipped to the ArtFire address provided at checkout, unless the buyer requests otherwise.
International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.
Do you need us to send gifts to your loved ones? Inform us prior to making your purchase and we can include a gift tag with your personal message to the giftee.
Refunds and Exchanges
♥ Cancellation of your purchase:
There will be a cancellation fee of 15% of your purchase prior to shipping. The balance will be refunded.
Please note that orders for customized items cannot be cancelled.
♥ Refund for your purchase:
1. Damages - we promise to pack your purchase very securely and carefully to minimise any possible damages during the transit. Please notify us at hello@japonicas.com within one month after shipment with a picture of the damaged item. We shall then advise you accordingly.
2. Defects - we inspect all our items very carefully prior shipment to minimise any possible occurences of defects. Please notify us at hello@japonicas.com within one month after shipment with a picture of the defects. We shall then advise you accordingly.
3. Losses - we apologise that we will not be responsible for any loss during the transit when Normal Air Mail is opted for. If you have opted for Registered Air Mail or Speedpost, please highlight to us if you have not received your package within one month. We shall consult our Singapore Post Office and revert with updates.
♥ Exchanging part of your purchase:
Due to sanitary issues, we will not be able to exchange our sold items after shipment. Hence, please indicate to us if you have any specifications for your purchase (e.g. size, length, color, etc).
Please write to us if you need to revise your order (prior shipment) and we will try our best to accomodate.
