Pictures are taken by me unless otherwise noted in the Description section and all photographers retain the copyright to them.
Payment: I will accept payments via Paypal, major credit cards via Propay, personal check, and money orders.
*Note: If you are paying by check or money order it needs to be from a U.S. bank or credit union and the item(s) will be shipped after the check has been deposited and accepted by my credit union.
Shipping: Currently I'm offering free shipping on anything shipping within the continental United States. I will use your Artfire/Paypal address unless you notify me with other shipping instructions. Be sure of your order before completing it. Separate orders get separate shipping charges. I will do international shipping as well. I will, by default, use a bubble envelope to keep costs down but will provide a box option if you want it.
Packaging cost is figured into your shipping cost. I ship mostly via USPS First Class Mail in bubble mailers. I've used the post office for years sending things to friends and family with no issue. Depending on size, I can usually get 3-4 items in the same bubble envelope. If you want me to ship in a box rather than a bubble mailer, you need to message me to let me know before you place your order as this will require a larger shipping cost. Larger items or multiple items may need to be shipped in a box rather than a bubble envelope. If this is the case, I will let you know before I send them though it may not affect the shipping costs.
I now get delivery confirmation for every package shipped. You should be sent the tracking number automatically when I ship the item. If you don't receive it within a day or two of ordering, message me and I'll email it to you directly.
If you want the item in a hurry, message me before placing the order and I will let you know what I can do and will change the shipping fees accordingly. Failure to notify me before placing the order will result in it being sent via my regular shipping option with no guarantee of delivery in the time frame you want it.
Insurance is extra. If you want insurance let me know before you place the order. If you want me to ship via another method (not USPS), you need to contact me before placing your order so I can change the shipping costs accordingly.
Refunds and Exchanges: Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or replacement with another item or items up to the original item purchase price. Only the purchase price is refundable - not the shipping and handling costs.
Additional Info: Please email me if there is an issue with your purchase. If there is a problem with the item that can be fixed I'd be happy to repair it and ship it back free of charge. If it can't be fixed I will try to replace it. If it's accidentally damaged and just needs a simple fix, I'm happy to do that free of charge as well.
