{OFFICE HOURS}
I try my best to keep the regular office hours of:
Monday - Friday 9am-3pm US Central Time.

{PAYMENT}
Please be sure to pay at the time of purchase. If you are having any problems paying please contact me asap. I will be more than happy to work with you.

All Minnesota residences will be charged a 6.5% sales tax at the time of payment.

{DOMESTIC US SHIPPING}
After I receive your payment your purchase will be shipped within 1 week.

Most items are shipped via first-class mail with delivery confirmation. Insurance and/or faster shipping methods are available upon request.

** I will always ship to the address provided by ArtFire unless otherwise noted.

{INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING}
I will ship most items to anywhere in the world. Please contact me before buying for a price estimate if not stated in the listing. All international orders must be paid for via PayPal.

International orders are shipped via USPS Air Mail. These are uninsured packages which I cannot be held responsible for if lost. For your peace of mind you may like to add shipment tracking or insurance. Please make a note in message to seller of which add-on you would like and I will send you an adjusted invoice within 24 hours.

International orders will be shipped within 1 week of full payment.

{Refunds and Exchanges}
I will accept returns on some items if I am contacted within 5 days of receiving. Returns are only accepted if items show no signs of use or damage.

You will be refunded in the way that you paid or with in-store credit minus shipping, and are responsible for return shipping fees.

Jenna Lou Designs is not responsible for buyers remorse, lost or damaged packaging. Once I bring it to the post office it is out of my control. Insurance is always available upon request.
