Offers:
Though the "offers" function for Artfire is not active right now, I am always willing to see offers for my items. If you would like to make an offer, contact me, and we will see what we can work out. I can then adjust the price on the listing in question or create a custom listing, if the offer is for multiple items.
Payment:
I accept payment via PayPal,Google Checkout, RME, cashier's checks, and money orders. I do not accept personal checks.
Payment is required within the first 72 hours after a purchase. I do not ship anything until I have received payment. IF you face a delay in being able to pay or are having difficulty with the checkout process,notify me, and I will work with you. Communication is key.
Shipping:
I ship inexpensively, but I take care to ensure that items are protected from damage. I aim to get things out as quickly as I can once I have received payment.
A NOTE ABOUT COMBINED SHIPPING: When items are combined in an order, the highest shipping rate is applied. The additional items are shipped with that item at no cost.
I ship using recycled shipping materials. If something you are ordering is a gift, or you would like it shipped in non-recycled packaging, let me know, and I will honor that at no additional cost to you.
If you wish for something to be shipped priority, please contact me, and I will work with you. It will cost more, of course, but I aim to satisfy my customers.
If you are local to me (within Montgomery County, MD or within 30 miles of my location,) I will deliver items at no charge.
Refunds and Exchanges:
If an item arrives damaged or does not hold up as expected, I will happily grant you a refund, exchange, or store credit for the damaged item.
Contact me and let me know what happened and how you'd like it resolved, and I will work with you. I do prefer to receive damaged items back.
