Welcome to Jewelled Trellis.


Here you will find beautiful one of a kind designs created with vintage stones, Swarovski crystals, Czech fire polished glass, glass pearls, and semi precious gemstones.


Many of these are OOAK (One of a Kind) due to the limited nature of many of the vintage stones that I use. If it is listed as ooak then the colors and stones used in that design will never be repeated. I reserve the right to reproduce a general design but color scheme and vintage stone selection will never be repeated or relisted.

CHILD SAFETY WARNING:

All jewelry/accessory items are not intended for children age 12 and under. There is a CHOKING HAZARDS from small parts, beads and stones. In addition any of the following materials *may* contain trace amounts of lead: Swarovski crystals, vintage glass cabochons and beads. While these possible lead levels are minuscule, I legally must advise all parents that these jewelry pieces are not suitable for children and should always be stored out of reach when not in use. The plated brass filigrees used in my pieces do not contain any lead.

Payment~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Paypal payment is accepted in US dollars only.



Payment is due immediately after purchasing unless other arrangements have been made prior to purchase.

Non payment will result in the items being relisted and the sale canceled after 72 hours.

COMBINED SHIPPING: The highest amount will be charged with any additional amounts as indicated in the other listings.

All items are shipped in a lovely box ready for gift giving.

I currently do not ship to Myanmar (Burma) due to a current trade embargo.

All items are shipped within 48 hours of full payment clearing.

Items will ship to your verified and confirmed address on file with paypal.


Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery in Canada. In the USA please allow 2-4 weeks. International 4-12 weeks. It is usually considerably faster but due to customs delays please factor in this time frame if you are giving a gift or have a deadline. There is no tracking number available with free shipping.



I recommend insurance for your orders over $100. It requires expedited delivery which is much more expensive but is faster and is insured for your piece of mind. Please contact me for a quote. I can not be responsible for items once they are in the hands of the postal system.


Import duties, taxes, tariffs and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

These charges are usually collected by the post office and/or shipping company when you pick the item up. They are not additional shipping charges.



I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts". This is illegal and prohibited by Canadian and International Laws. Please don't ask.

Refunds and Exchanges~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~


Exchanges for store credit are available on a case by case basis and only if you contact me within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Store credit will be granted after the item has been received back at Jewelled Trellis . All returns must be accompanied by a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number available by contacting customer service at jewelledtrellis@yahoo.ca and must be shipped with BOTH insurance and tracking.

All initial shipping fees and return shipping fees and insurance duty and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded.


Refunds will only be issued in the case of a defective or damaged item. Any damaged item must be shipped with insurance and a tracking number. Please contact customer service for a RMA number before returning a purchase.


All returns/exchanges must be shipped back *with insurance & tracking number*, in new, unworn, unused condition, with all of the original packaging material and gift packaging. All shipping fees to return the item(s) are the sole responsibility of the buyer, except in the case where an item would have a craftsmanship defect.


Custom orders & wholesale orders are final sales. All pierced earrings or sets that include pierced earrings are final sales as due to their nature and hygienic reasons they can not be resold.

A NOTE ON COLOR:

Monitors vary in how they display color. I have represented the color of my pieces as accurately as possible on my monitor but it may look slightly different on yours. If you have any questions regarding color please contact me and I will be happy to give you more information.

A NOTE ON SIZE:

All photographs are taken using a macro setting to give you the best detail possible on the item. Please read the whole description for the actual sizes. If you have any questions about size please don't hesitate to contact me.

ALLERGIES:
IF you suffer from any allergies to any metals or glues please do not purchase these items. Jewelled Trellis in not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from allergic reaction or from misuse by young children. These items ar not designed for or intended for use by children.

All items are made in a non smoking pet free home.


Jewelled Trellis reserves the right to refuse any sales to those with negative karma/kudos or history of non payment.
