All items are shipped USPS First Class.If insurance is requested it can be added to your order for a flat additional cost of $2.50. Purchases are mailed out within 3 Business days. If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return it, and be refunded the purchase price minus the shipping costs. All returns must be made within 7 days of purchase. Custom orders are welcome. All custom orders are not refundable.
