Payment Payment is due at time of purchase. As of this time I accept Paypal and Amazon Payments. If payment is not recieved within the 3 days the item(s) will be relisted. Shipping I will always refund shipping charges in excess of US $1 over actual costs vis Paypal, Google Checkout or RME depending on payment method chosen. Orders are processed and ship via USPS First Class Mail (to cut down on shipping costs) within 2-3 business days after payment has been received. I will NOT begin to process your order until payment has been received. Please pay promptly or your order will be delayed. If you would like me to upgrade your order to Priority Mail, please contact me PRIOR to checkout. There will be an additional cost for Priority Mail so please contact me prior to ordering so that I can update the shipping price. Additional Policies and FAQs Custom Orders If you are interested in placing a custom order with me, please contact me and we will start the process of creating your special piece of jewelry for you. I require that a 50% deposit be made before completing any custom orders. Please note that custom Orders are NOT returnable!! Gift Wrap If you would like your order gift wrapped please let me know in the notes to the seller field. All orders will come to you in a clear zip top bag with an organza drawtring bag. If any additional gift wrap is desired please leave me a note during checkout. Gift wrap, when requested is complimentary. Materials I use quality components such as Czech glass, lampwork beads, Swarovski crystals, silver, sterling silver and hypo-alergenic metals.
