Payment

Please make payment within three days of your purchase. I accept Paypal, money orders, and checks. If you choose to pay via money order or check, please mail it so I receive it within 10 days of your purchase. All purchases are shipped within 3-4 business days and after all checks have cleared and deposited to my account. This may take up to 10 business days or more. I also wait until e-checks have cleared Paypal before shipping.



Please notify me within 24 hours if you wish to cancel a purchase.



As this site is still in beta, if you experience any issues checking out, just let me know. I'll send you an invoice via email if I don't hear from you within a day.



Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to love your jewelry as much as I love making it. If there is any problem with your purchase, please contact me and I will do everything possible to correct it. If you find that your item just isn't what you thought it would be, I will happily refund the full purchase price minus shipping and handling. Please notify me within 7 days of receiving the item if you wish to return it so I will know to expect it in the mail. Once the item is received, a refund will be given.



Also all of our jewelry is guaranteed to stand up to normal wear, however every once in awhile our favorite piece of jewelry breaks! If that should happen to one of the jewelry pieces I have made please save the pieces and carefully mail them back to me. I will repair it and ship it back to you for free, all you need to cover is the postage in returning the item.



Additional Policies and FAQs

If your item is a gift, I will gladly ship it directly to the recipient. I would be happy to enclose a small gift card for you, free of charge. Just indicate your message at checkout and I'll write it up.



I will also condsider taking custom orders or modifying an exsisiting piece in my shop to suit your tastes. Just ask and we'll see what we can work out.
