Shipping policies: Fractals, photos and limited edtion ACEO's are done by a professional printing firm. Digital prints and photos are sent Priority mail.
ACEO's are sent 1st class.

Estimated shipping times: If I have stock on hand I will send out next business day after payment is received. Allow 1 to 2 weeks so if I have to order from printing company they have time to get to me. I can then check them and sign and get them in the mail next business day.

return policy: My policy is to accept returns if you are not satisfied, but they must be sent back to me in the same condition as received. If they are damaged in shipping then I will replace them after receiving them back. So in the case of return just contact me and we will go over the details.

custom orders: If you want a different size than offered let me know and we'll discuss price and details.

I use 2 types of papers from the printing
company. 1. Matte Finish - Kodak Professional Supra Endura Paper Standard archival value is 100 years in home display and 200 years in dark storage 2. Endura Metallic Paper (Pearlescent Finish) Standard archival value is 100 years in home display and 200 years in dark storage
